Locations: Dallas / Fort Worth, Denver, Houston, Oklahoma City or San Antonio
- SR PM/Team Lead – with 10 years construction experience in Retail, Restaurant or Banking construction.
- Will be responsible for several repeat client accounts, must have good communication skills and professionalism.
- Will be managing projects from estimating through close out including; issuing contracts, budget set ups and cost controls
- Responsible for managing a team of several superintendents at once spread over different locations and/or states.
- APM - 3-7 years construction experience, renovation experience is a plus
- Assist a Sr PM or Team Lead in managing several accounts
- Assist in the bidding process, subcontract issuing and close out of various projects in various locations.
- Must be flexible in work load and ambitious
- Superintendent - 5-10 years construction experience in Restaurant, Retail or Banking construction, able to travel on per diem.
- Oversee one project at a time ranging from a 2 night renovation to a 6 month ground up project
- Willing to travel and work off hours
- Able to submit an electronic daily report
- Basic computer skills
- Minor self-perform ability is a plus, caulking, door hardware adjustment or punch-list work.
