This is one of the first new Holiday Inn Express prototypes in the nation, featuring modern decor for sleek, clean function. The 11,600-sq.-ft. hotel houses 80 rooms, including 22 suites, on four floors. Offering the ultimate convenience, hotel accommodations include a great room with a charming breakfast area, a 1,620-sq.-ft. indoor pool, fitness center, guest laundry, business center, and meeting rooms. Westmoreland Builders was proud to offer project management for this new construction as well as coordination of procurement and installation of all furniture and fixtures.
